• - Printed study materials, once ordered, will be delivered within 15-20 working days from the date of purchase.
• - Online study material, if ordered, will be uploaded in the student's profile in an online format within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase.
• - Students must order the printed study materials according to the exam schedule and the delivery period.
• - ollympiad.com will not entertain any queries regarding the orders done a few days before the exams with a hurry in dispatch for printed materials.
• - If the Courier/Postal services the delay in delivery of printed materials, the ollympiad.com cannot be held responsible for the same.
• - Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
